Story of wood
The Bookline bookstore concept was based on a well-established brand identity, which predefined the principles of design element selection. A notion of proximity to nature is combined with the refined allegoric idea of a wood lot, through which colours and materials emphasize the atmosphere’s distribution around the space.
An ambiguity of arched reading corners and window-space treatments ease up the strong rectangular space structure, where upholstered seating solutions support the readers’ comfort to maximize this retail design’s customer experience
